I was just trying to accept four mails to the cygwin-announce ML
and got this reply to all of them:

Do the announcements have to be resent by the announcer?

That may have been because cygwin-announce-resend wasn't a valid email
until recently.  It may work now.

These were still sent under ezmlm, so they were following the
old approval process.  I guess that rules that out...?
