Hi Guys,

  I have just been informed by a user that subscription requests for the
  binutils mailing list issued from the sourceware binutils web site
  (https://sourceware.org/binutils/) are failing with a "Not Found"
  message and:

    The requested URL /cgi-bin/ml-request was not found on this server.

  The actual html for that part of the page looks like this:

  <blockquote>
    <form method="get" action="http://sourceware.org/cgi-bin/ml-request">
      <p>Mailing list:
       <select name="listname">
        <option value="binutils" selected="selected">
          binutils
        </option>
        <option value="binutils-cvs">
          binutils-cvs
        </option>
       </select>
       Your e-mail address:
       <input type="text" name="username" size="14"><br>
       <input type="checkbox" name="digest"> Digest version?
       <select name="operation">
        <option value="subscribe" selected="selected">
          subscribe
        </option>
        <option value="unsubscribe">
          unsubscribe
        </option>
       </select>
       <input type="submit" name="submit" value="Send in the request">
      </p>
    </form>
  </blockquote>

  I assume that this means that the URL "http://sourceware.org/cgi-bin/ml-request"
  is no longer valid. Please can you advise me on the correct URL to
  use ?

Cheers
  Nick Clifton
