I tried to create an account in the Bugzilla but got this ( All in Big Red :-) ) :
User account creation has been restricted.

Could you help me to create it ?
I'd like to use my gmail account : saguryev.gnu@gmail.com which I have already used in binutils subscription and in Kernel Bugzilla.
