First I've seen of it.

Actually, I'm asking folks to use the new intake form Paul has been working
on:

http://sources.redhat.com/cgi-bin/pdw/ps_form.cgi

Which generates a work queue of items (and eventually will allow us to
do account setup over the web :-)
