I have forgotten my password. I tried two email addresses to receive a new
password. Both are not accepted by the system.

Password to which service to do what? Mailing lists? Bugzilla? GNATS? A
wiki? Something else? What exactly are you writing, and what place are you
typing it into?

And what do you mean by "not accepted"? What actually happens?
