I would like to register an account in GCC Bugzilla. After entering my e-mail on the corresponding page (https://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/createaccount.cgi), I got the following error message:
"User account creation has been restricted.
Contact your administrator or the maintainer (overseers@gcc.gnu.org) for information about creating an account."
After a simple search in Google, I found out that the reason is spammers' attack (https://gcc.gnu.org/ml/gcc/2014-09/msg00009.html), and that I should really contact overseers (https://gcc.gnu.org/ml/gcc/2014-10/msg00182.html).
So, please give me further instructions on creating an account (if it is possible).
