That would be easy, except that we're running an older version of
ezmlm (0.53-0.324) for some reason, and it lacks the listid patch
from ezmlm-idx.

It's still pretty easy, AFAICT.  I was going to investigate this later
today, since I've been wanting to do this for a while, but this prompted
me to investigate now.

I've added a List-Id to all of the lists hosted at sourceware.org.  I
haven't included the optional description part, just the "list-id" part,
included in angle brackets, as per (I hope), RFC 2919.

It was sent to cgen@.  If it was spam, it was an example of effective
social engineering (not that the resulting email addresses are *that*
secret).  cawalker.com at seems legit.
