Hi Christopher,

     As an archtecture(C-SKY) maintainer of bintuils, I originally 
registered the public key.

     Due to the new laptop I replaced, the public key was lost.

     May I invite the other archtecture(C-SKY) matainer of bintuils to 
approve the request?

So, you missed this in the form that you filled out:

"Note that if you already have an account on sourceware.org or
gcc.gnu.org for source control write access for some other project, then
do not use this form.  Instead send an email to the overseers mail
account at this site telling what project you want write access to and
who approved that access."

I've updated the ssh key for the lifangxia account.  You should be
able to access source control now.
