It doesn't work for me:
# ssh sourceware.org replacekey < authorized_keys
Permission denied(publickey,gssapi-with-mic).

Does it work for anyone? I got
# ssh sourceware.org updatekey < ~/.ssh/id_dsa.pub
Permission denied (publickey,gssapi-with-mic).

That would imply that you are not using the right ssh key to access
sourceware. You (of course?) need to be able to access the system to
execute the replacekey command.
