I want to create an account to raise a bug relating to the C++11 regex matching library in GCC 4.9.1
I am getting the following error when looking to open an new bugzilla account:
User account creation has been restricted.
Contact your administrator or the maintainer (overseers@gcc.gnu.org) for information about creating an account.
Please advise.
