Oh, right. They were added in 2006, after I had set up my filters
apparently. 8-/

So the difference is

List-Id: <gcc.gcc.gnu.org>

vs

List-Id: Gcc mailing list <gcc.gcc.gnu.org>

I guess now you need to perform a substring match.
