GCC and sourceware bugzilla stopped working

Hi!

When trying to load any GCC or sourceware PR, I'm seeing now errors like:
 An unexpected error occurred. This could be a temporary problem, or some code is behaving incorrectly. If this problem persists, please email this page to gcc-bugzilla-account-request@gcc.gnu.org with details of what you were doing at the time this message appeared.

Over on freenode/overseers, there's a thread where the root filesystem
filled up.  It looks like that's already resolved.  Can you try BZ again?
