Creating bugzilla account to report glibc issue

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have found an issue with the glibc loader which I would like to report.
According to https://sourceware.org/bugzilla/enter_bug.cgi?product=glibc I must have an account to report an issue.

However, I'm unable to open a new account.
Can you please help me with this?

A bugzilla account has been created for you. You should have gotten an
email about it. You can activate your account through the Forgot/Reset
Password link.
