Hi overseers,
I understand that we can't create new accounts at gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla due to recent spam activity. Dr. Carl Love, on copy, has recently joined the GCC team for Linux on Power, and we would like to register him for bugzilla access using cel@us.ibm.com. Could you please walk me through the current process for granting access?
