i am using the wiki, but that's not good (if even possible) for hosting manuals
or providing a homepage to anchor info.
the gdb folks have been moving to disconnect the sim from itself more.
the sim project has always had a separate list of maintainers.
i don't see why we need to create a separate tarball just to get access to
web hosting. although the logic is, and always has been, in the tree to
easily create a dedicated sim release.
