Hello,

I wanted to report a WindRes bug in https://sourceware.org/bugzilla/ ,
but I receive following error message:

User account creation has been restricted.
Contact your administrator or the maintainer (overseers@sourceware.org) 
for information about creating an account.


Actually, I just want to submit the bug report below, maybe you can just 
post the bug report. I don't necessarily need an account.

Bug report:

In windres.exe , the STRINGTABLE resource does not accept constants 
(#define)
It causes a syntax error.

Example below:

Sorry about that, too many spammers signed up, so we create accounts by
hand now.

A bugzilla account has been created for you. You should have gotten an
email about it. You can activate your account through the Forgot/Reset
Password link.
