I would like to report a bug about cxxfilt at binutils-gdb.
The original post is here:

A bugzilla account has been created for you. You should have gotten an
email about it. You can activate your account through the Forgot/Reset

That is odd. I cannot find the bug/comment that caused this. But I
have unlocked your account. Please try again. If it happens again
