That same pubkey is already installed (two months ago or so).
The logs show a client tried a different, ssh-dss form one, which was
refused. Please check your .ssh/config.

Aha, you are right. I remember sending a new RSA key for access to the
gcc repository, but I didn't realize that it was shared with
sourceware.org. Sorry to bother you.
