I just implemented the "replacekey" command for rash:
ssh sourceware.org replacekey < id_dsa.pub
This command will replace the authorized_keys file with the contents of
id_dsa.pub, wiping out anything else in the file.
I suspect that replacekey should be the preferred method for updating
a keys from now on.
Would it make sense for "updatekey" to be renamed to "appendkey"?
