Hi,
I found an issue in bfdio.c (_bfd_real_fopen): For Win32 convert relative
paths to
absolute paths and check to see if they are longer than MAX_PATH.
When a relative path is expanded into an absolute path;
if that expanded path is greater than MAX_PATH the
file = close_on_exec (fopen (fullpath, modes));
returns a null file handle.
