How do I get Bouncy Castle to build?
I downloaded, unpacked, and renamed it.
But the directory and Makefile aren't created by configure.

Have you configured with --enable-bouncycastle? And I might have had
to build a few dirs manually and triggered the generation of a
Makefile. The dependencies aren't set right. Upon failures, you'll
have to build the missing packages manually.
