I have added support to expose the enable-warnings? setting of the cpu to configrun-sid.in and
pregenerated configure files. The following are the ChangeLog entries:

FWIW, next time such a change comes up, please consider making configrun-sid
only emit the "set FOO BAR BAZ" line if it's to override a default. That
way, all the old pregen/ files don't end up being modified unnecessarily.
