    fix kprobe.* probes so they don't break -p4 if script also has kernel.* probes
    
    * tapsets.cxx (kprobe_derived_probe): Use enter_k[ret]probe>>2<<_probe.
    * testsuite/buildok/thirtyone.stp: Test this.
