    * tapsets.cxx (sdt_var_expanding_visitor::process_name): New.
    (sdt_var_expanding_visitor::visit_target_symbol): Have @cast use
    types from a dtrace built object instead of a dtrace supplied header.
    (dwarf_builder::build): Use it.
