    BZ 490234 fix.
    * runtime/procfs.c (_stp_rmdir_proc_module): Now before removing either
      '/proc/systemtap/${MODULE}' or '/proc/systemtap', lock the transport
      directory.  Also make sure '/proc/systemtap' is empty before removal.
