    Removing use of intermediate Stp_pbuf for _stp_print* functions
    
    * runtime/print.c: Remove _stp_reserve_bytes, print directly to ring buffer
    for _stp_print{,_char,_binary}.
    * runtime/print_flush.c: Extract _stp_print_transport function for outputing
    a string to the ring buffer.
    * runtime/vsprintf.c: Print directly to ring buffer.
    * translate.cxx: Remove call to stp_print_flush in probe epilogue.
