    Proper checking for bulk mode and transport version and use of synchronization.
    
    * runtime/print.c: Fixed above in _stp_print_binary, moved locking from _stp_printf to _stp_vsnprintf.
    * runtime/print_flush.c: Fixed above in _stp_print_transport, moved _stp_print_lock to vsprintf.c.
    * runtime/vsprintf.c: Added above to _stp_vsnprintf.
