    tracepoints build fix
    
    * tapsets.cxx (emit_module_decls): #undef TRACE_INCLUDE_FILE
      in front of each #include'd trace/event header, to prevent
      macro redefinition.
      (init_dw): Respect pending_interrupts in traceprobe module
      compilation loop.
