    Support powerpc debuginfoless usdt arguments.
    
    * sdt.h (STAP_SDT_V2):  Now supported for powerpc.
    * tapsets.cxx (sdt_uprobe_var_expanding_visitor): Add powerpc dwarf regs.
    Allow for powerpc assembler syntax.
