    Power/x86 v3 sdt.h interoperability.
    
    * sdt.h (_SDT_ARGFMT):  Revert back to %c as we just want operand length.
    
    * tapsets.cxx (sdt_uprobe_var_expanding_visitor:visit_target_symbol):
    Use elf_machine instead of section to decide which regnames to use.
