    Test sdt_types.c with various gcc options.
    
    sdt_misc.c (extra_type_flags): New. Test sdt_types.c with misc compile options.
    Move sdt_misc.c, sdt_misc.stp, sdt_misc_.d to separate files.
    sdt_types.c:  Make -pedantic friendly.  Add constants probe.
    sdt_types.stp (constants): New.
