    Add user_{int8,int16,uint16,int32,uint32,int64}.
    
    * sdt.exp (extra_flags): Expand list of tested options.  Use instead
    of having a separate c++ section.
    (type_pedantics): New.
    
    * sdt_misc.exp (extra_type_flags): Expand list of tested options.
    (has_long_long, type_xfail, type_pedantics): New.
    
    * sdt_types.c (NO_LONG_LONG): New.
