    Integrate sdt-compat.h into testsuite sdt.h
    
    Makefile.am: Use sdt_types.h instead of sdt-compat.h
    Makefile.in: Likewise.
    tapsets.cxx: Likewise.
    testsuite/sys/sdt.h: Integrate sdt-compat.h.
    sdt-compat.h: Remove.
    sdt_types.h: New.
