Added 'logger.perfile.{LOGFILE}.path' metric in the logger PMDA.
* pcp/src/pmdas/logger/logger.c (logger_fetchCallBack): Add support for
new 'logger.perfile.{LOGFILE}.path' metric, which returns the logfile
pathname.
