    Kernel commit 4dc0da8 "perf: Add context field to perf_event" added
    a new void *context field to the register_*_hw_breakpoint() functions.
    Detect with a new runtime/autoconf-hw_breakpoint_context.c plus
    STAPCONF_HW_BREAKPOINT_CONTEXT conditional.
