    PR13284 Failure to resolve kernel global e.g. jiffies.
    
    * dwflpp.cxx (vardie_from_symtable): Also accept STT_NOTYPE. Some global
      don't have a type associated with them.
    * testsuite/buildok/pr13284.stp: New testcase.
