    Update testsuite to check for new utrace requirements.
    
    * testsuite/lib/systemtap.exp (utrace_p): Properly tests for the new
      utrace requirements.
    * runtime/task_finder.c: Remove code that hardcoded new utrace.
    * runtime/uprobes/uprobes.h: Reset to "normal" version.
