    Rename tapset/rpc.stp variable to indicate its internal-only nature.
    
    * tapset/rpc.stp (_sunrpc.clnt.create_client.rpc_new_client_inline):
      Rename 'args' to '__args' to indicate that '__args' is an internal-only
      variable.  Deprecate old name.
    * NEWS: Mention 'args' variable deprecation.
    * stap.1: Ditto.
