    Fix gcc 4.7 compile issues (most related to gcc PR49745).
    
    * cache.cxx: Include <unistd.h>
    * session.cxx: Ditto.
    * setupdwfl.cxx: Ditto.
    * translate.cxx (emit_symbol_data): Set correct type on structure
      initialization to avoid gcc 4.7 error.
