    In task_work worker functions, make sure the task isn't exiting.
    
    * runtime/linux/task_finder2.c (__stp_tf_quiesce_worker): If the
      task is exiting, quit early.
      (__stp_tf_mmap_worker): Ditto.
    * runtime/stp_utrace.c (utrace_resume): Ditto.
