There is a need for a flag that summarizes occasionally-necessary safety
overrides for unusually heavy-weight scripts, akin to
--suppress-handler-errors, but bigger. A guru-mode-requiring (or perhaps
guru-mode-implied?) option to disable ...
-DSTP_NO_OVERLOAD
-DMAXACTION
-DMAXTRYLOCK
... types of limits.
Maybe call it --suppress-time-limits.
(I don't think it'd be practical to --suppress-space-limits, considering the
static allocation style endemic in the runtime & generated code.)
