"stap --remote" should be extended with an kubernetes-based "kubectl exec"
transport and/or node enumeration.  It should include a facility for passing
pod / container names for each instance.

Note that "kubectl exec" may be a red herring here since we don't really want a
shell within each target container (subject to their constraints and requiring
systemtap-runtime to be installed), but on the host running each container
(being able to load modules, and find the -runtime).
