Systemtap expects GCC within configured $PATH. On the rpm level, systemtap
Requires 'gcc'. For CentOS or RHEL with Red Hat Developer Toolset yum repo
enabled, this might be an install time problem, since this dependency can get
satisfied with devtoolset-N-gcc, which doesn't install into a location covered
by $PATH by default. This results in a non-functional configuration. One of
the possible fixes might be to require '/usr/bin/gcc' instead of just 'gcc' at
the rpm level I believe.
