commit 6c94b6d4232a506bc4 fixes this.
We have not made a systemtap release since this patch, so you / your distro
would have to backport this patch.

PR23747: tolerate symbols with odd section#s
In f29+ kernels, some note-related symbols are not found in our
usual section# search, when collecting unwind/symbol data. As
these symbols are now ignored instead of causing an error.
