Added Oracle to list contributors overview page and also welcome people to "use"
systemtap on the "Get Involved Page".
Left the link to the systemtap@sources.redhat.com email on the "Get Involved"
page as is. People might find it a quick way to send a message after they are
already subscribed.
Looking at Reorganizing the main wikipage to group topics together more
logically. See the confusion about "For User" vs "For Developer"; many of the
"For Developer" describe how to install systemtap on particular platform.

I've attempted to fix the "Using Markers" page, updating the "How do I turn on
