Hi,
I just upgraded the osuosl fedora arm builder to Fedora 38.
Everything seems to work as expected.
Dan, could we also upgrade the ppc64le-fedora builder (rh-power-vm17)
and the s390x-fedora builder (lfedora1) which are both still on f36?

Dan upgraded both to fedora 38. Thanks! I had to reinstall buildbot-
worker using pip because of the upgraded python, but thing seem to work
fine after that. Both workers are already doing builds against the new
setup.
