The following packages have been uploaded to the Cygwin distribution:

* tzdata-2020a-1

The Time Zone Database (often called tz or zoneinfo) contains code and
data that represent the history of local time for many representative
locations around the globe. It is updated periodically to reflect
changes made by political bodies to time zone boundaries, UTC offsets,
and daylight-saving rules.

This release includes the latest time-zone changes:

Will tzcode package also be updated and released?
There are fixes for localtime, affecting zdump, and zic, and tzsetwall is
deprecated in preparation for removal in future releases.
Removal of tzsetwall *could* be in the next release, as the current maintainer
has been aggressive in pushing changes regardless of downstream impacts rasied
in advance, although he has been responsive in providing mitigations in later
releases.
