I turned off my antivirus and I still get nothing from$inkscape -Vand running inkscape on a svg to convert to png produces no output and no file.
I installed the program using the cygwin64.exe updater.I've uninstalled and reinstalled it.I've uninstalled it, rebooted my computer, and installed it.
As far as I can tell, this is the only program in my cygwin installation that is not working correctly.
