I installed inkscape 0.92.3-1 using the cygwin update program.Calling inkscape does nothing. No file processed or output.
which inkscape/usr/bin/inkscape
/usr/bin/ is in the PATH
inkscape -V[nothing...blank line then back to prompt]
Running inkscape with the -? or --help returns nothing but a blank line and back to the prompt.
I tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Same behavior.I restarted the computer. Same behavior.I ran cygwin terminal with Administrator privileges. Same behavior.
