Try rolling back
libiconv, libiconv2, and libcharset
from 1.14-1 to 1.13.1-2, and then try again.
If that doesn't work, also roll back
gettext, gettext-devel, libintl8, libgettextpo0, libasprintf0
from 0.18.1.1-1 to 0.17-11 (while ensuring that setup doesn't RE-upgrade
libiconv!)
Try to do this as two separate steps; that will help me know which
package is the actual culprit (if either of them actually is).
